What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at New England Center for Children Inc?
NECC is seeking to fill a full-time Program Specialist position for our Residential Program. The Program Specialist is responsible for the management of the clinical, educational, and training needs of a team of staff and students in the residential program.
Program Specialist Responsibilities:

Clinical and educational responsibility for a caseload of 8 - 11 students.

Personnel supervision of a team comprised of coordinators, teachers, and overnight professionals.

Completion of assessments and Individualized Educational Plans.

Curriculum and behavior intervention development.

Communication with families and community support.

Participation in NECC's applied research program.

Familiarity with current research into best practices in behavior analysis and education.
Program Specialist Skills & Qualifications:
- Applicants must possess a Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis or Education with extensive practical training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. BCBA or BCBA-eligible is preferred.

Board Certified (BCBA) or licensed (LABA) individuals will be given consideration for a position before applicants without licensure.

Driver’s license or access to reliable transportation is required.

Red Cross or American Heart Association CPR certification (child, adult, and AED) or CPR training completion through NECC within 6 months of employment.

Experience in staff training and supervision is required.

The ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
