The BCBA oversees the management of the clinical, educational and training needs of a team of staff and students in the residential program. The BCBA is responsible for the integration of the coordinator functions to assure consistent implementation of and timely modification of programs resulting from the IEP to maximize student skill acquisition and independence for their designated team of students and teachers.

Qualifications
- Applicants must possess a Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis or Education with extensive practical training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- BCBA and LABA are required.
- Experience in staff training and supervision is required.
- The ability to move quickly and confidently to intervene in situations when protective holds and/or movements are deemed necessary, the ability to pursue a bolting student and the successful completion of CALM training (non-violent self-defense)
