What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Services Support Staff position at New England Center for Children Inc?
The Food Services Support Staff are responsible for assisting the Monday through Friday operation of residential food storage and supplies for The New England Center for Children (NECC).
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ability to drive a box-style truck
- Responsible for ordering food and maintaining the inventory of the residential homes
- Assist with deliveries for both the school and the residential homes
- Available to assist with food preparation as needed
- Ensure all required training is up-to-date with successful completion
- Pick up special orders from stores and deliver them if needed.
- Maintain a good driving record

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in the food and service industry is highly desirable.
- Must be able to carry out written and verbal instruction
- Must be a team player
- Ability to easily lift 20-30lbs
- Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
