What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Coordinator position at New England Center for Children Inc?
Potential positions available in NECC Residential, Adult Services, and ITT programs. The Residential Coordinator works under the supervision of the Program Specialist.
General Responsibilities:

Role model for professionalism and direct teaching skills

Provides leadership and support at the residence to promote staff and student safety, enrichment, and independence

Collaborates with team supervisors on educational and clinical programming at the residence

Prioritizes time spent per week with the team conducting sessions, student observations, and staff training
-
Primary supervisor for Behavioral Health Technicians and team supervisor for Residential Counselors
-
Collaborate with team supervisors on schedule development to promote high quality of service delivery at the residence

Maintain systems to create a safe, aesthetically pleasing, and functional home environment
-
Maintains team budget and stocks residence with needed items to promote staff and student success

Communication of pertinent information to PS and team members efficiently and effectively
Qualifications:

Preferred prerequisite position in Core Shift Manager role

Prior supervisory experience or NECC Core Shift Management with demonstrated proficiency in the application of the principles of ABA
-
Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills and proven leadership ability are a must for this position
