What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - Temporary Summer Position position at New England College?
- Perform excellent customer service in the Office of Student Financial Services primarily by phone but also may include email and in person.
- Promptly answer incoming calls and make outreach calls.
- Assist students to obtain all available funding to cover account balances.
- Effectively and accurately communicate financial aid and billing policies and procedures.
- Assist students with the completion of financial aid and billing requirements and assist with account questions.
- Process payments.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent conflict and resolution skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- 1-3 years customer services experience
- 1-3 years experience in a student services, financial aid, admissions or billing office.
