EastRise Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the team! The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, supporting, and administering a variety of marketing initiatives, tactics and programs to promote the EastRise brand and products and services in the marketplace. While much of the focus will be on performance marketing efforts, this role acts as a marketing generalist and includes support for brand marketing and its many functions to create brand awareness and engagement.
Position Details :
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
Location : Montpelier, VT
Key Responsibilities :
Works closely with members of the Brand and Marketing team to develop and integrate all marketing facets into output that supports marketing and strategic business objectives. Included but not limited to development and execution of promotions, campaigns, marketing channel maintenance, marketing software administration, creative and content support, presentations, events, data and insights, market research, reporting and performance metrics, and other areas of marketing and production to support go-to-market deliverables
Assists with coordination and trafficking of marketing requests and tasks, supports project management, and provides business administration support to contribute to marketing activities, operational excellence and a high performing team.
Responds to and fulfills requests from other areas of operations such as compliance, product operations, lending and retail by supporting development and execution of organizational initiatives, product promotion, and marketing production needs.
Assists with vendor relationships to support marketing activities such as printing, statement processing, promotional, inbound marketing, agency and web hosting, supports community and brand engagement initiatives, and helps to coordinate and monitor projects with vendors to insure timely production and completion.
Skills and Qualifications :
Three to five years of similar or related experience in a marketing role, including preparatory experience
Experience working in an agency setting, marketing role, or project management experience required.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Familiarity with website CMS administration a plus.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or relevant area of study preferred.
