We’re looking for an Interior/Exterior Landscape Service Manager to oversee and enhance our landscape maintenance services. If you have a keen eye for ornamental design, strong leadership skills, and a love for greenery, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and inspire a team of landscape technicians for both interior and exterior projects.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Oversee service schedules, optimize routes, and ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Plant & Landscape Expertise: Diagnose and resolve plant health issues, recommend landscaping solutions, and oversee design installations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections to maintain the highest standards of plant care and landscape maintenance.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Monitor and order plant materials, tools, and supplies needed for efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape management, horticulture, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a landscape or service-related industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation, and exterior/interior landscaping best practices.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
