What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Nurse (RN) Per Visit Position- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE position at New England Hospice?
New England Hospice is seeking Pay Per Visit Hospice RNs with a minimum of 1years experience. Pay is per visit and not per hour. Expertise in Geriatrics, Hospice, and Palliative medicine is a plus. These positions are for the general 495 corridor ranging from Dartmouth to Andover. Expertise in pain and symptom management a plus.
New England Hospice is a family owned hospice dedicated to providing quality end of life care to community patients and Long Term Care Facility patients. We work closely with families and nursing home staff to educate, support and admit patients. It is our goal by involving, training and collaborating with patients, their families, and nursing facility staff on a daily basis, to provide excellent quality end of life care to our patients. Families and facilities are involved in the plan of care and appreciate this collaboration for excellent care. For these reasons, we are welcomed in our patients' homes.
