Your Role and What Youll Bring to the Table
Lead large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to DOT and federal standards, and uncompromising quality.
Apply your knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes to deliver projects that stand the test of time.
Motivate high-performing teams by partnering with Superintendents to create a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment where everyone delivers their best.
Build trust and collaboration with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams, using your charisma and negotiation skills to turn challenges into opportunities and strengthen relationships.
Coordinate with engineers and field staff to anticipate and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring smooth progress at every phase.
Deliver high-quality project plans, submittals, and RFIs that reflect NEIs values of safety and innovation.
Drive cost management and forecasting to optimize resources while maintaining project integrity and client satisfaction.
Streamline workflows with expertise in MS Project, Procore, and Primavera, ensuring meticulous documentation and seamless project execution.
