About New England Justice for Our Neighbors
New England Justice for Our Neighbors (New England JFON) is a 501(c)(3) organization providing free, expert legal services to Massachusetts immigrants seeking humanitarian immigration relief. Now in our 12th year of service, we have recently launched a new program, Pathway to Hope, specifically focused on representation of unaccompanied minors.
Position Summary
We seek a full-time Staff Attorney to join our Pathway to Hope team representing unaccompanied youth in Eastern Massachusetts. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule and competitive benefits. While experience representing clients in immigration or probate/family court is preferred, we are open to training individuals who demonstrate the potential to excel in this role. Must be barred in Massachusetts. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Salary range is $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
