Parts Counter - Truck Parts

New England Kenworth has a full-time position open for a Parts Counter Person to support the sales of Heavy-Duty Truck Parts at our Lebanon, ME location!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting internal and external customers with parts purchases
• Communicating by phone and in-person, looking up parts information, creating invoices, issuing returned goods credits
• Stocking inventory and/or pulling parts for delivery
• Help drive sales through customer service excellence
• Assist with shipping and receiving responsibilities
• Assist Outside Parts Sales and Delivery personnel
• Assist in maintaining store appearance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Two-year related experience in retail sales, preferably in related industry (Heavy Duty Truck Parts)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Equivalent combination of education and experience with proven results

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• This position will require, at different times and frequencies, sitting, standing, walking, lifting and bending.
