Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. Duties
- Perform custodial duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining floors, restrooms, and common areas.
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and buffing floors.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep of the building.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment.
- Respond promptly to requests for additional cleaning or maintenance services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial services or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and waxing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Must be able to lift and move items as necessary during cleaning tasks.
