In-House Counsel / Construction / Alternative Energy Developer

Dynamic Boston-area alternative energy developer seeks a 7 year, business-oriented attorney for its collaborative legal team. This attorney will work directly with the GC to advise business partners on construction and procurement matters, and practical solutions for engineering projects, as well as negotiate key operational agreements.
