Responsibilities
- Processes transaction paperwork in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Regularly communicate with customers and determine needs – phone and email
- Prepare paperwork for government/ state agencies.
- Manage and organize digital and physical files
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all paperwork
- Comply with all privacy and security regulations
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
