Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the activities and performance of sales team
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Use sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Control Sales revenue and expense
- Monitor sales goals and unpaid invoices
- Facilitate training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work with warehouse and trucking team to help manage and effectively support customers
- Place orders for existing customers
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Chinese speaking and writing
- basic computer skills
- 3 years plus experiences in a sales supervisory role in the food industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
