Responsible for cleaning the retail and employee areas.

Clean Facility
Major Duties and Responsibilities
1 Clean Facility Daily
Kitchen : wipe down tables, vacuum floor, clean refrigerator and remove trash.
Restrooms, public and employee : clean fixtures, wash floors and remove trash.
Showroom : vacuum floors, stairs and vestibules.
Customer lounge : vacuum floors, clean and / or dust furniture.
Vestibules : vacuum floors, wash widows and doors.
Stairs : vacuum and clean.
Offices : dust rooms, empty and remove trash from containers.
Trash : transport to dumpster outside.
Outside : clean ash cans, empty and remove trash from containers, police porch area.
Coffee stations : clean and re-stock.
Restock restrooms, kitchen and customer lounge.
Climb ladders and replace light bulbs
2 Clean as needed
Floor care : clean a re-wax as needed
Inventory of cleaning products and dispensibles, maintain stock levels
3 Other Duties

Qualifications & Job Requirements
Be familiar with building cleaning and use of cleaning products.
Physical Demands
The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and handle tools.
Occasionally requires the ability to lift 50 lb. of material.
Working Conditions
Is potentially exposed to chemical cleaning products or other toxic materials commonly used in the process facility cleaning.
Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts.
Occasionally, exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
Is potentially exposed to chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service business.
