JOB DETAILS : This is a Monday through Friday field engineering role supporting our client base located in the Boston, Cambridge, metro north and southern NH areas. We assign engineers to clients considering proximity to their home. However, require willingness to commute to all client locations.
COMPENSATION : Base salary ranges commensurate with experience, quarterly profit sharing and bonus plan, mileage reimbursement, cell / data reimbursement and company paid medical plan.

What You'll Do :
Support our customers with great Customer Service, resolving support incidents that will require both onsite and remote workParticipate in Teambuilding, Knowledge / Experience sharing and regular feedback and process improvement initiativesIdentify opportunities and areas of improvement while interacting with clientsWork with clients to suggest technical solutions that meet their business needsWork on new installs, migrations, troubleshooting, and projectsInterface with third party vendors and act as the liaison for the clientUpdate internal and client documentation as needed and create and maintain comprehensive documentation of client environmentsParticipate in after-hours projects, troubleshooting and on-call availabilityStay on top of new technology and industry trendsWhat You'll Need :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience4 years' experience in an IT Engineering or IT Support role2 year interactive customer support / service (internal or external customers)You are a team player that can live by the NENS core valuesA passion for customer serviceExceptional written / oral communication skills and the ability to listenReliable transportation required and the ability to walk / stand for 8 hours a dayPermanent work authorization in the USAbility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentStrong work ethic and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong time management skillsTechnical Knowledge & Experience : Must have demonstrated knowledge of some or all of the following :

Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
