JOB DETAILS :
This is a hybrid work schedule (mix between Lowell office and home).
COMPENSATION :
Base salary : $80,000-95,000, OTE 120K with abilityto exceed this range through an uncapped commission plan). Plus,a 100% company-paid medical plan.

About you : You have an executive presence and sales acumen. In this client-facing, post- sales roles, you will serve as the day-to-day point of contact, maintain client satisfaction, grow existing accounts through upsells, while providing high quality work to ensure clients want to renew. You are the go-to person for the client, you settle disputes, negotiate and you own the hard calls with minimal noise. You step up to conflicts and see them as opportunities to shine. You bring the highest level of integrity, honesty and accountability. You build strong relationships at multiple levels within your clients and you are their trusted advisor.
What You Will Do :
Working with an existing book of business - understanding the client's environment and providing compelling value propositions that align with the client's business objectivesGuide each new client through the onboarding process, continue to develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction levelsWork closely with clients to build strategic IT roadmap / 6 quarter plans, generate and close opportunities, and reach sales goalsManage your pipeline in a CRM tool, build and manage quotes and proposalsStay on top of industry trends for clients, NENS, and how technology impacts your client's businessProvide actionable data to clients regarding their IT usage by tracking trends through our monitoring toolsUnderstand how to break down the financials of a solution and help clients realize the ROI and efficiency benefits of NENS's offeringsEnable the Service Delivery Team's success by managing clients' technology plans and ensuring the team is meeting commitmentsPerform monthly client check-ins to ensure their satisfactionMinimize client churnWhat You Will Need :
5 years' account management experience within IT Services industry, servicing mid- market accountsBachelor's Degree preferredProven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value-added, strategic insights into their businessBasic knowledge of how key technical components (firewalls, servers, backup, etc) fulfill strategic needs to enable business outcomesComfortable working with client owners and senior level leadershipIT leadership knowledge to guide clients strategicallyExcellent written and oral / presentation skillsWell-organized with the ability to work independently and within a team environmentStrong engagement and follow-up skillsAbility to take personal ownership of client well-being, owning communication throughout the entire engagement and support processComfort working under pressure in a fast-paced technical environmentAbility to prioritize and balance multiple projectsStrong computer proficiency in MS Office, CRM, web conferencing services, email and internet applicationsFamiliarity / experience with consultative sales methodology, solution selling, strategic selling (i.e.; MEDDIC, Challenger, Miller Heiman)Nice to Have :
