Overview
The Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional will work alongside the Head Golf Professional and Lead Assistant Professional to manage the Woodland Golf Club Golf Operation. The Professional will be involved in assisting day to day golf operations, weekly and major tournaments, individual and group lessons, and ensuring a commitment to the highest level of membership customer service.
Essential Responsibilities
Elevate the customer experience and provide excellent membership service.
Provide instruction for membership.
Oversee Junior Golf.
Manage PGA Junior League.
Assist with demo days and club fitting.
Perform golf shop duties which may involve opening and closing the pro shop, POS system, tee time reservations and merchandising.
Assist in all tournament operations.
Monitor pace of play in the hours required by the professional staff.
Instruct and Create Player Development programs using PGA Tools and resources.
Play with membership.
Monitor Cap Patrol and Caddie Now Program along with other members of the Professional staff.
Assist the Head Professional in supervision of outside operations and staff.
Maintain a professional role.
Report any member or staff infractions directly to the Head Professional.
PGA Member or Associate in good standing.
