Overview
Concord Country Club is a private, non-for-profit member-owned facility located in Concord, New Hampshire. The club's 18 hole golf course is among the most desirable places to play golf in the Granite state, with impeccable greens, and a welcoming environment. The membership enjoys a robust weekday league environment, several golf events/functions throughout the season and a challenging well maintained golf course.
The club is now looking for a new Assistant Golf Professional on a full time seasonal basis for the 2025 season. The appropriate candidate would serve as an ambassador for golf among the Membership and utilize the game to mix and connect with - and to - the members, while maintaining the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere that characterizes the Club.
Golf programs are available at the club for all players of all ages and playing levels and the Club maintains an active event schedule that includes women, couples, member-guest/member-only tournaments, with its busiest season being in the summer months. The junior program has been a particular source of focus and the Club wants to encourage and promote an atmosphere condusive to family golf.
Concord Country Club amenities include a Clubhouse with locker rooms, 19th hole area, fine dining restaurant/lounge, pool, and main and private dining rooms with available indoor and outdoor function space as well. The club is also about to begin construction on a 3 acre short game practice area/par 3 course along with a driving range renovation. Future capital projects to be contemplated include a state of the art indoor practice facility and potential pool house expansion.
Concord Country Club offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $22 per hour up to $25 per hour, bases on experience and qualifications. The club stresses all employees to have a work/life balance, therefore most the club's employees are paid hourly. 35-40 hour work weeks can be expected during most of the season. The current structure allows the selected candidate to earn additional income through lessons, clinics, and club repair.
Addtional income will include 100% of lesson/clinic revenue, club repair, gratuities, end of season bonus.
** Position is seasonal, approximately starting April 15th and ending November 15th. Start/end dates negotiable. **
Club Metrics
