Experience Required
Qualifications & Experience
- Golf industry experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of golf products and operations.
- Proficient in computer systems (POS experience preferred).
- PGA/LPGA Member or Apprentice preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between staff and Golf Professionals.
- Work scheduled shifts in the Pro Shop and assist with operations.
- Communicate & Promote upcoming tournaments and events to staff and golfers.
- Maintain a clean, organized Golf Shop with knowledge of in-stock inventory.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures of the Pro Shop.
- Oversee POS system updates and revisions.
- Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service.
- Suggest improvements to enhance golf operations.
