As an integral part of our instruction team, you'll have the chance to work with golfers of all ages and skill levels while helping to grow Brookmeadow’s golf education programs.
Experience Required
- Demonstrated success in golf instruction and player development.
- Proficient with various golf instruction methods and modern technologies
- Experience in creating engaging golf training programs, especially for junior players.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for nurturing the next generation of golfers.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- PGA Membership is preferred but not mandatory.
- Deliver golf instruction in both private and group clinic settings.
- Assist in developing and implementing instructional programs, including junior and adult clinics.
- Coordinate with Rec Departments from surrounding communities to facilitate their programming
- Offer guidance and specialized training for experienced golfers to enhance their skills.
- Promote and generate interest in The Perch through active participation in outreach initiatives.
- Maintain an exceptional standard of customer service, fostering strong relationships with club members and clients.
