Our wealth management firm has a growing base of fee-only HNW clients who we serve on a continuous basis. We nurture relationships by working closely with clients and guiding them through their financial lives. We are seeking a motivated, passionate professional with exceptional people and communication skills to join our financial planning and investment advisory team. The ideal candidate for this position wants to be part of a successful, tight-knit wealth management team and is dedicated to continuing development of their financial planning and investment management skills. Commitment to being a fiduciary and providing the highest standard of client care are essential.
The Associate Wealth Advisor will provide support to our senior wealth advisory staff in managing day-to-day relationships with firm clients. Primary responsibilities include:
- Preparation of financial planning updates, managing paperwork, assisting with phone coverage and various other tasks.
- Leveraging internal and external technologies to generate reports and other deliverables for both client-facing and back-office needs.
- Working closely to support senior advisor with ad hoc client projects, meeting prep/follow up, and other day-to-day tasks.
Desired Skills and Experience
A successful candidate will be hard working, detail oriented, highly organized and a problem solver with strong communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new technology and procedures are crucial. The candidate should enjoy working in a team environment but also must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Highest degree of professionalism, integrity and honesty required. A good work ethic, sense of humor and positive attitude are essential.
The candidate should have a four-year degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred. You must have reliable transportation as there is no public transportation near our office.
