Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing support, assist with inventory management, some bookkeeping and assisting with other various tasks as needed. This position requires strong attention to detail, and proficiency in computer operations.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Utilize office equipment and computer systems to streamline administrative processes.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure that all documents are properly organized and accessible.
- Maintaining Spreadsheets and other various tracking tools
- some bookkeeping duties
- assist with inventory management
- organize, Audit, scan and email contracts
- other tasks as assigned
- some travel, including but not limited to bank runs, and picking up permits at various town offices
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office environment is a must.
- previous experience in bookkeeping/quickbooks is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft office suite and other relevant software.
