What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behaviorist-Part Time position at New England Residential Services?
Responsible for behavioral assessment and programming at assigned program sites for adults with disabilities.
- Design and implement programs which will enhance quality of life as well as modify behaviors
- Assist in teaching strategies
- Review and analysis of data
- Present at meetings behavioral information
- Observation of each individual at home and at work as needed
- Behavioral/Programmatic consultation to each program in an emergency
- Consultation with each Residential Director and Manager
- Is physically able to perform the essential job function involving physical management techniques
Masters Degree in Human Services, Special Education or related field.
Working knowledge of behavior modification, teaching strategies, behavioral principles of learning and comprehensive functional assessments
