Our team is growing, and we are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Assistant Director of Operations to support and elevate our day-to-day operations.
The Assistant Director of Operations will work directly under the Executive Director of Operations to help oversee and manage daily field operations, client relations, employee supervision, and service quality. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction across multiple accounts.
- Support the Executive Director in managing the daily operations of security services across all assigned sites.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure service satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
- Assist in the deployment and supervision of security personnel to ensure all posts are covered and staff are performing to standards.
- Conduct site visits, quality assurance checks, and field audits as needed.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and operational issues in real time, including after-hours when necessary.
- Work with HR and Scheduling departments to support hiring, onboarding, and staff scheduling needs.
- Assist with training, coaching, and performance management of field supervisors and officers.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, post orders, and client requirements.
- Generate and review incident reports, daily activity logs, and other operational documentation.
- Represent the company in meetings with clients and internal leadership as required.
- Help identify areas for operational improvement and develop strategies for increased efficiency.
- 3 years of experience in security operations, logistics, or facilities management (supervisory or managerial role preferred).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible / open availability, including willingness to respond to after-hours issues.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
- Experience with report writing, and general office tools.
- TrackTik or similar security management platform experience is a plus.
