- High school diploma
- Some experience working in the capacity of dispatcher.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Has knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and how to use a computer.
- Must be able to deal with various levels of personality traits and maintain self-control.
- Must conduct oneself in a professional and efficient manner during interaction with people.
- Must prepare written statements, evaluations and correspondence in a logical and grammatically correct manner.
- Must be able to cover various shifts including weekends, nights and holidays; and/or work extended hours if needed.
- Must be self-motivated and willing to work with others.
