JOB SUMMARY / SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENT :
The Employee Success Manager works closely with the company Controller and Field Operations Team to assist in the facilitation of hiring new employees, providing disciplinary support, and coordinating the onboarding and training process of new and existing employees. He or she will be responsible for overseeing the entire hiring process and the overall functionality of the company's human capital management.
JOB DUTY SUMMARY :
- Develop and manage the overall employee hiring / interview process. Schedule interviews and conduct employment screenings with potential candidates. Assure the creation of employee personnel folders and verify that all necessary documents have been completed accurately. Create badges for new employees; maintain the badge database. Create user accounts for new employees such as accounts for TrackTik and HRO / Flex. Initiate and approve / reject hiring verification in HRO / Flex and inform managers of employees' hiring status. Assist in the approval and verification of employee timecards on a daily basis. Address scheduling deficiencies with management and coordinate personnel changes to correct scheduling issues. Address issues pertaining to overtime with management and coordinate personnel changes in order to reduce excessive overtime. Serve as the general liaison between managers and the employees regarding personnel matters needing to be addressed. Conduct exit interviews. Conduct performance evaluations with employees on a regular basis. Oversee disciplinary actions and assist managers in conducting employee infraction reviews.
