Job Description

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive our brand presence to new heights.

The Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating visually compelling content and managing our social media platforms to attract prospective students, engage our audience, and enhance our school's brand. This role combines creativity with strategic marketing to ensure our messaging resonates with our target audience. Occasional travel throughout New England is required.

Key Responsibilities :

Graphic Design :

Design eye-catching graphics for digital and print materials, including flyers, brand merchandise, brochures, student materials, and advertisements.
Create engaging visuals for social media posts, website content, and other creative assets to support marketing efforts.
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
Manage external vendor relations for company branded printed materials at each of our school locations.

Social Media Management :

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and follower growth across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).

Plan, create, and schedule regular posts, stories, and videos.

Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly.

Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategies.

Manage and maintain a content calendar that utilizes industry best-practices for effective social media positing times to maximize social engagement.

Marketing Support :

Collaborate to develop and execute campaigns that align with company goals.

Assist with lead generation, SMS text messaging, including designing newsletters and writing engaging content for our growing alumni network.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into marketing efforts.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in graphic design and social media management.

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

Excellent storytelling skills.

Photography and video editing skills are a plus.

Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong commitment to quality training and student success.

Ability to understand and work within regulations to maintain compliance.

Capability to utilize constructive feedback for personal growth and development, coupled with a strong motivation to pursue opportunities for advancement.

A strong desire to positively represent the company and promote our educational services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and engage with students positively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Punctuality with attendance and meeting deadlines.

Travel : This position requires at least 1 trip to a NETTTS campus on a weekly basis.
