Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Follow company PPE policy and work safety.
• Participate in Team 5s activities.
• Must properly use tools and equipment when installing parts and follow each individual customers’ build sheets.
• Responsible for informing team leaders and supervisors of any production issues that would prevent the successful completion of work.
• Must work safely at all times and report any safety issues immediately to supervisor or plant manager.
• Must complete all assigned work in the required cycle time.
• Must work extended shifts when the daily production schedule is not met.
• Must produce quality work with no quality defects.
• Associates will be required to cross train in other production stations.

Experience & Qualifications

• Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently. Helpful but not required. Will train.
• High School Graduate or GED Equivalent.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills are essential by phone and in person.
• To perform the job safely and effectively, you must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English.
• Ability to learn new tasks and cross train in other work areas required.
• Ability to work extended days and or weekend shifts if required.
• Ability to stand and walk around for long periods and climb stairs as required.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00AM to 4:00PM. If work daily production needs or schedule is not met, then employees will be required to work extended shifts (same day) to complete the work. May be required to work on Fridays or Saturdays during peak or seasonal times.
