Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team at New England Wire Products, Inc.. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing guidance on HR policies, and supporting recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Welcome guests and direct calls to the right person.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Conduct audits and investigations as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years' experience in HR-related roles.
