Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks and a strong work ethic. This role involves assisting with a variety of projects, including hardscape, remodeling, and installation tasks. The Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Perform construction painting tasks, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and finished.
- Support concrete forming activities by setting up forms and preparing for concrete pours.
- Help with plastering and stucco applications for various structures.
- Participate in remodeling projects, including demolition and installation of new structures.
- Carry out concrete finishing tasks to ensure smooth surfaces and proper curing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with hardscape techniques and materials is a plus.
- Experience with concrete forming, concrete finishing, and masonry work is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
