Location : South Renton, WA (near Ikea)

Pay :  $18-$18 / hr

Schedule :   Monday - Thursday; 5 : 00am-2 : 30pm or 3 : 30 PM - 2 : 00 AM

Warehouse Production Worker Position Summary :

The Warehouse Production Worker at our manufacturing company plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products through the production process. This position involves a variety of tasks, including assembling components, operating machinery, and packaging finished goods for distribution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail and adhere to quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and product handling.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures effectively.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability and punctuality in attendance and performance.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing work demands.
• Positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork.
