The ideal candidate will have a strong background in addiction counseling and behavioral health, with a passion for helping individuals overcome substance use disorders. *Responsibilities* - Conduct assessments to determine the level of care needed for individuals with substance use disorders - Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs - Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as psychotherapy and motivational interviewing - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards *Experience* - Proficiency in ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation - Knowledge of medical terminology related to substance use disorders - Experience in child and family counseling is a plus - Familiarity with addiction medicine principles - Strong background in social work or related field - Previous experience in home and community care settings is advantageous
