We are seeking a Senior Digital Visual Designer to join our creative team, partnering with a global leader in pharmaceutical innovation. In this role, you will leverage your mastery of digital design to craft visually compelling solutions that elevate ordinary and clinical content into experiences that inspire and inform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, working within a design system to create assets targeting healthcare providers and communicating the company's message with clarity, helping to bridge the gap between groundbreaking science and the communities it serves.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Excellence: Develop innovative and visually stunning designs for digital platforms, including websites, applications, presentations, and campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Project Leadership: Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, propose solutions, and deliver screens and assets that meet business and user goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and technical teams to gather input, understand objectives, and ensure alignment across projects.
• Design System Contribution: Work within and contribute to the company's design system, evolving its components and ensuring designs maintain coherence and scalability.
• User-Centered Approach: Advocate for the end user by creating designs that are not only visually compelling but also intuitive and functional for healthcare providers.
• Storytelling Through Design: Transform complex medical and scientific content into accessible and engaging visuals that communicate effectively to a diverse audience.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards, performing checks for pixel-perfect precision and adherence to technical specifications.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 7 years of professional experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mastery across digital mediums (e.g., web, mobile, interactive design).
• Aesthetic Vision: Demonstrated ability to find and create beauty in complicated content, making the complex approachable and engaging.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant applications. Animation and motion graphics experience is a plus.
• Design Systems: Experience working with and contributing to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects.
• Leadership Abilities: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage timelines effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design choices clearly and persuasively.
• Healthcare Industry Experience: Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required. A willingness to understand and embrace the nuances of this field is essential.

Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.
