The organization’s innovation incubator drives transformational change by creating and developing cutting-edge solutions that redefine healthcare from every angle – production, branding, communications, technology, etc. We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer with an emphasis on Visual Design to join a pod of creative professionals in shaping the future of pharma.
We’re looking for a skilled and creative Product Designer with 5-10 years of experience in visual design and a strong grasp of Figma for prototyping. This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering high-impact visuals and stunning artwork for innovative products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce immersive, user-centered designs that align with the brand’s mission and elevate digital products’ visual identity. Animation skills are a plus, allowing for more dynamic and interactive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine high-impact visuals and artwork that align with product goals and brand standards.
- Use Figma to design and prototype user interfaces that resonate with end users and stakeholders.
- Create cohesive visual design solutions for product concepts within the incubator.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless design-to-product pipeline.
- Bring a creative and critical eye to all design elements, ensuring a visually engaging and functional user experience.
- Explore movement & animation opportunities to enhance user interaction and engagement.
