The Physical Security Installation Technician opportunity is a full-time position. This position offers FREE Healthcare benefits and generous PTO!
The primary role of a Physical Security Installation Technician is to assist the Project Manager with the inspecting testing and maintenance of low voltage systems within a facility. Low voltage systems include video surveillance and door access. In this supportive role, technicians are provided the opportunity to gain field experience in the systems integration industry and grow within the company. This individual will bridge the gap between people and technology.
PRIMARY DUTIES:

- Keeps a clean and organized work environment

COMPETENCY:
- Prior Security installation experience
- Preferred CCTV, Access Control/ security experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Familiarity with basic hand tools
- Ability to stoop, balance, stand, walk, sit and climb and/or work on a ladder
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Associates degree or minimum 3 years of experience in Physical Security (door access, CCTV etc.) installations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to stand on a concrete floor for long periods.
- Must be able to lift equipment and construction supplies from floor height to over -head while preparing equipment for installations and service calls.
- Ability to climb and work (stack, adjust, and repair) at heights in excess of 15' before/during installations and job sites.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, sit and use hands and fingers.
- Reaching, grasping and carrying activities also required.
- Although most work is performed inside, occasional outside activities are subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations.
- Must have a clean driving record and valid / current driver's license.
Ability to drive a company van to client sites.
