Description

We are seeking a program manager with pharma and clinical trials experience. The Client is looking for a program manager to help track and coordinate between two efforts, one to add connectivity to a physical device, and one to update a patient site to show the data coming from that connected device. The goal is to drive better engagement with their patients. The PM needs to be able to handle ambiguity, complexity and dueling priorities in a mature way, driving toward a combined successful completion.

Responsibilities:

• Working with multiple project managers all related to the central program.
• PM needs to be outgoing, reasonably fun to work with, and good at dealing with conflict and bringing people together.
• Role will work with the business separate leaders for the hardware and website work, track and coordinate efforts, and address issues early to protect the planned timeline.
• Both the hardware and software work is currently underway.
• Clinical trial experience will be key as the regulatory process needs to be understood and followed and risks to the timeline need to be managed.
• Will be expected to execute a clinical trial/VEO (Value Evidence and Outcomes) study.
• Medical device trial experience is preferred
• Software development project management experience is preferred
• Needs to be comfortable working across multiple teams to pull information into an integrated answer
• Needs to be confident and capable in smoothly handling internal conflicts as the team may be required to break down barriers
• Ensure frequent, continuous, and effective communications with team members and stakeholders to set expectations and negotiate priorities appropriately
• Define, oversee, and maintain a master timeline for each project utilizing project management software and communicating with all impacted parties
• Track and communicate the progress of projects consistently
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the delivery deadlines
  
  

Qualifications:

• 10 years of project management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Operates with a sense of urgency and uses sound judgement to escalate issues or work around roadblocks vs. waiting for direction
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Proven planning and organizational skills
• Fast response times
• Ability to lead without authority
• Bachelor's Degree
  
  

Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Range

$75—$78 USD
