Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Utilize HR software such as Bamboo HR, Indeed, and others to maintain employee records and track recruitment metrics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of change management initiatives to facilitate organizational transitions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA regulations and assist in maintaining workplace safety standards.
- Support affirmative action planning efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
- Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires receive necessary training and resources.
- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Oversee timekeeping processes using QuickBooks Time (TSheets) to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Engage in social media management to enhance the company’s employer brand and attract top talent.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms such as BambooHR or similar systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA regulations and experience with affirmative action planning is a plus.
- Proficiency in HR software such as BambooHR, TRAX Payroll is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships across all levels of the organization.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and change management is essential
