Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through telemarketing and outside sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the insurance process.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of policies to ensure client satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products to provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal requirements related to client information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not required; retail sales experience is also valuable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and outside sales strategies is advantageous.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
