Caregivers, PCA's and CNA's

• Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed to ensure proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be vaccinated for Covid-19.
• Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients and their families.
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols diligently.
• Must be compassionate, patient, and empathetic while providing care.
• Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and perform required lifting tasks responsibly.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training as required.
