Position Summary
Digital has an increasingly pivotal role in delivering creative solutions to even the toughest briefs. As a part of our growing Digital Platforms team, youll work to develop and activate digital campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic, optimize the campaigns for success, and use the learnings and insights to fuel whats next.
NOTE: This role will be based in Atlanta full-time in our hybrid model Tues/Thurs in office, Mon/Wed/Fri from home.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Understand the overarching strategy:
- Understand the client objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes
- Inform and utilize comms strategy inputs (competitive, consumer, category, etc.) to define role of digital platforms
- Evaluate media proposals and provide POVs
Build smart digital campaigns:
- Develop digital plans across paid social, paid search, and programmatic, aligning with business and comms objectives, determining platform priorities, creative strategy, and measurement framework
- Manage recurring reporting deliverables through both Tableau and PowerPoint as needed
- Work with tech partners to internalize and apply best practices
- Contribute to quarterly testing roadmaps and evaluate alphas/betas/new partners
- Maintain awareness of tech and industry capabilities to help evaluate and evolve data and tech partners
Bring the work into the world:
- Activate campaigns through various platforms (CM, SA360, Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, DV360 among other DSPs) and maximize media performance through ongoing optimizations
- Contribute to ongoing quality assurance process to ensure all aspects of a campaigns creative, settings, budget parameters, brand safety needs etc. are met
- Actively manage budget, pacing, vendor management and billing process
- Trafficking digital and traditional campaigns
- Monitoring campaign deliveries and suggesting optimizations based on campaign KPI performance
- Monitoring client expenditures and working with various teams to resolve billing discrepancies

- ~1 year of digital media experience
- Familiar with digital platform UIs a plus. Includes but isnt limited to Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, AdWords, Bing Ads, 4C, Crimson Hexagon, NetBase, DoubleClick
- Strong attention to detail in managing campaign execution
- Familiar with trafficking and QA processes a plus to ensure accuracy and create reasonable timelines and expectations for deliverables
- Ability to understand data and work with the team to capture learnings and insights as well as making optimization recommendations
- Effective communicator, navigating multiple teams/clients/positions, and knowing when to ask questions, flag things that are unclear
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
