The Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications / Corporate Communications Specialist to lead and enhance our marketing initiatives. This role demands exceptional presentation-making skills, as you will create, deliver, and oversee compelling marketing presentations that captivate internal stakeholders, clients, and external audiences. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative, communicating our value proposition, and ensuring alignment across all marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.

Presentation Design and Delivery

Create visually engaging and persuasive presentations for internal and external use, utilizing tools like PowerPoint and Excel

Lead the development of pitch decks, business reviews, and keynote presentations for high-level stakeholders.

Brand Management

Oversee brand consistency across all channels, including digital, print, and in-person presentations.

Lead the creation of marketing collateral that reflects our brand values and mission.

Analytics and Reporting

Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and presentations, using data to optimize strategies.

Present performance metrics and insights to leadership teams effectively.

What you bring :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, economics or related field; M.B.A. preferred

2-3 years of relevant experience at a private equity firm, hedge fund, investment bank or private placement group

Detail-oriented with a knack for design and visual aesthetics

Exceptional storytelling and communication skills

Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills

Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments and providing direction

Business minded and strategic planner

Ability to analyze and compile large swaths of data and present effective reports
