Valet Parking Attendant
New Frontier Valet in Eatontown, NJ is looking for valet attendant to join our team Thursday thru Sunday at one of our Hotels, Wedding Venues, or Country Club locations. Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve customer vehicles in a safely and timely manner
• Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service to all guests
• Perform a visual inspection of each vehicle before taking possession and note any conditions
• Ensure keys and tickets are organized and in appropriate areas
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests and team members
• Report any known accidents, observed conditions or violations of company policy to management.
• Other special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a VALID driver’s license (for at least 3 years) and excellent driving record
• No DUI, SUSPENSIONS OR MAJOR MOVING VIOLATIONS IN THE PAST FIVE YEARS
• Must be able to work evenings (typically 4pm-12am)
• Good working knowledge of most cars; manual transmissions (stick-shift) experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single shift
• Must have an excellent personal presentation, maintaining a professional appearance and personal grooming
• This position is suitable for a person who can stand/walk for long periods of time in an outdoor environment
• Must have great communication skills and excellent listening skills to understand exactly what the customer requires
• Ability to interact in a professional manner and exceed expectations in all areas of the responsibilities
• Must be extremely reliable, outgoing and personable
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
• Punctuality and dependability are a must
