Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Valet Supervisor to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our valet services, while working with a team of valet attendants. The ideal Supervisor candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, thrive in a fast- paced environment, and have previous experience in hospitality/professional industries. While we are mainly based in the Monmouth, Ocean, and Mercer county areas, we provide services throughout all of New Jersey. This position requires the ability to drive to various job-sites/reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the performance of all valet attendants, ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Manage valet operations, leading a team of attendants and ensuring the job is done to the highest quality and satisfaction of the Client. You will oversee daily valet operations including vehicle parking and retrieval, and guest assistance.
- Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles in the valet area.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Enforce all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
- Monitor valet attendant performance and identify issues for improvement
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all valet activities and shift notes
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a valet attendant and/or Supervisor
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast- paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have experience driving various types of vehicles, including manual transmission.
- 5-8 years of customer service/professional service industries required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay
The Supervisor position will start at $16/hr plus tips, with opportunities for growth based upon individual experience.
