Position Overview:
We're currently seeking enthusiastic individuals with the potential for advancement to team leadership after training to join our Garden Enhancement team. As a foreman in training, you will play a crucial role in delighting clients with top-notch services while working with your team in a safe and efficient manner.
Forepersons are responsible for training, developing, and managing a crew, ensuring the delivery of quality services while achieving set goals for revenue and production through effective management and coordination of personnel, equipment, and facility resources.
This position offers a competitive starting pay of $17 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks on work orders with proficiency in the allocated time given and record materials and time to account manager upon completion.
- Train crew members in all checklist skills.
- Keep accurate job time via phone app.
- Communicate effectively with clients and bring questions/ concerns to account manager promptly.
- Communicate with account manager on job progress throughout the day.
- Ensure that customers are completely satisfied.
- Attend to all factors, positive and negative, that affect team morale, productivity, company and/or department profitability, and safety.
- Complete all service checks on trucks and equipment.
- Understanding and daily execution of the New Garden Way.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate proficiency in executing all items listed on the “GET Team Skills Checklist”.
- Must have good communication skills, be goal-oriented, honest, and ethical.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
- Punctuality and limited absences.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
- Possession of a valid NC Driver's License with limited infractions.
- A good attitude toward your work and teammates.
- Previous horticulture experience.
