Position Overview :
We're currently seeking enthusiastic individuals with the potential for advancement to team leadership after training to join our Garden Enhancement team. As a foreman in training, you will play a crucial role in delighting clients with top-notch services while working with your team in a safe and efficient manner.
Forepersons are responsible for training, developing, and managing a crew, ensuring the delivery of quality services while achieving set goals for revenue and production through effective management and coordination of personnel, equipment, and facility resources.
This position offers a competitive starting pay of $17 per hour, based on experience.
