Delivery Driver/Fulfillment

The role of the Delivery Driver at NGAS:

• Assure that SOPs are followed and comply with all safety regulations.
• Responsible for planning routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulations governing the delivery of cannabis
• Safely transport products and orders to customers. Follow all rules of the road.
• Execute all deliveries on time and communicating any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary.
• Assure all necessary paperwork is completed and signed (manifests, invoices, maps, checklist, rejection sheet, etc)
• Communicate with manager and dispensaries as needed about schedule or delays.
• Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries.
• Communicate with fulfillment department and manager to resolve product issues.
• Work in the fulfillment and packaging department as needed.
• Assist keeping vehicle clean, report all issues to maintenance and management.
• Assure all day-to-day cleaning duties are completed, and logs are kept up to date.
• Work collectively and respectfully with other team members.
• Operate with the Core Values of the Company.
• Other duties as assigned.

• This position requires Employee to be listed as an approved driver on Company Insurance policy. Employee agrees that there will be no driving violations, tickets, accidents, or points added to driving record during the employment. Any issues can result in the immediate termination of employment.
