New General Cafe in Winter Park, FL is looking for a pt barista to join our 17 person strong team. We are located on 155 E New England Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
  • Report to, and collaborate with, Cafe Supervisor and General manager
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
  • Full weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

    • Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a barista
  • High integrity with a great attendance record
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively

    Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $20.00 / hour.

Our space in designed with the community in mind, we want locals to utilize us as a gathering place, to consider us their local coffee shop / cafe and their go to for personal & gifting needs.
