New Generation Academy, a fully accredited school, is seeking to hire Reading / English Language Arts tutors for grades 3 - 12
Job Description (Required) :
- This is a Face-to-Face Opportunity only
- Candidate should have experience working with small groups of students (up to 4 - 6 students)
- Tutoring will take place in areas across Dekalb County (i.e., Decatur)
- Tutors must be proficient in areas from Reading and Literacy Support
- Tutors must have at least 2 years of experience with tutoring or teaching in the subject area(s).
- Tutors should be equipped to assist students with closing skills gaps.
- Must have availability during the school day, 10 am to 4 : 00 pm
- We seek tutors who can connect with students and get results.
- Currently, a Certified Georgia Teaching Certificate is a plus but not required.
- A bilingual tutor (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Salary : $20 - $25
